If the IEC 61400-2 duration test would require a single 10-minute average (of contiguous data) that is greater than or equal to 2.5*Vave, will your site achieve this during a 12-month period?

2.5*Vave is:

Class 1 = 25.0 m/s

Class 2 = 21.3 m/s

Class 3 = 18.8 m/s

Class 4 = 15.0 m/s
